Anything that has been made can be remade; the problem is finding the skills and materials and paying the labour cost.
The catch 22 with western saddles is that good quality, well cared-for saddles rarely need repair, while low quality ones are often not worth repairing.
Common wear parts like latigos, off-billets and stirrups you can do yourself (we have the replacements). Stirrup leathers, buckles, plain fenders, and restringing are not major jobs. Replacement fleece or tooled fenders start to get expensive.
